- Process transactions and manage your account.

Refund Policy

At Sphazin Records (Pty) Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following terms regarding refunds:

Digital Products: Refund Policy

General Terms:

At Sphazin Records, we strive to provide high-quality services. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. No Refunds for Delivered Services: Once services are rendered and delivered, refunds will not be issued.

2. Computer Errors: In the rare case of a significant computer error leading to improper delivery of any service, clients will be offered a reschedule at no additional cost after deducting the time used. Should you opt for a refund, please note that processing may take up to 30 days depending on your payment method and bank.

3. Mixing, Mastering, or Beat Production: If you leave your session unsatisfied and we determine that we did not fulfill your needs to the best of our ability, a refund may be issued at the discretion of your assigned engineer.

4. Deposits: 85% deposits are refundable if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the first booked appointment.

- All sales of digital products (sound packs, studio plug-ins, etc.) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded.

Studio Services:

- For studio services (vocal recordings, mixing, mastering, etc.), clients may request a refund under the following conditions:

- A full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided that cancellation is done via email and sufficient notice is given.

- If a service is not delivered as promised (i.e., significant errors that are the fault of Sphazin Records), a partial or full refund may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Animation Services:

- For animation creation, clients may receive a refund of up to 50% if the work is terminated prior to the final delivery. Once the final delivery is made, the purchase is non-refundable.

Fees:

- A 15% processing fee may be applied to all approved refunds related to services rendered.

Application:

- To initiate a refund request, please send an email to sphazin.records@outlook.com with your order details and reasons for the request.
